What do you need?
When making this you will need 300g of sliced beef, 1 Korean pear, 1tbs of grated ginger, 5 cloves of garlic, 1 yellow onion and 1 stalk of spring onion, and that’s it. How to make it?
Firstly this Korean food recipe says to grate the pear, and mine both the garlic and onions, then combine it all in a bowl with the ginger, brown sugar, soya sauce, sesame oil, black pepper and give it a good mix. Afterwards you want to marinate the beef slices and let it soak up all the flavour for about ten minutes. Next you want to take a pan and garnish it with sesame seeds before bringing it to the heat, then you want to pop you beef in and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes, and you’re all done. Make sure you serve it hot, and see this only took your about 15 minutes. So I’m pretty sure you can take away 15 minutes of your day to cook yourself a decent meal.
How much will it cost to make?
It won’t cost you that much to make, the most expensive item will be the beef, as it is a rib eye piece. This may cost about $7.58lb for the whole ribeye, or you can get how much you want exactly but the whole one may be more cost effective. The rest of the ingredients won’t cost much as you must obviously have them in your fridge and pantry.
